Walk This way podiatry

Case Study

The brief

Walk This Way Podiatry is a family-run business located in Amersham. Founded in 2012, the clinic has gone from strength to strength, gaining incredible recognition in the local area and, as a result, growing its team.

The evolution the business has experienced over the last decade needed to be reflected across all marketing communications. They wanted to define their brand message and find a way to articulate their unique value proposition (USP) that portrayed their premium offering, values and personality and differentiated them from neighbouring competitors.

They were also keen to place their website at the top of Google search results to maximise the generation of new leads.

The challenge

Creating helpful medical content that’s both easy to understand and authoritative whilst adhering to the brand’s voice and making it SEO friendly was the most challenging aspect of this project.

Working in collaboration with TWDS Digital — the selected web development agency — we looked at the customer journey and proposed new navigation for the site that facilitated more bookings. I then develop SEO-focused copy for all pages of the website, with a minimum word count of 1,000 words per page and a series of long blog articles (over 750 words) to maximise their local ranking on Google.

I was also asked to create several social media adverts to promote some treatments on Facebook and Instagram.

The results

Walk This Way Podiatry website appears at the top of Google Search and Google Maps for podiatry clinic Amersham. They have seen a 50% increase in online bookings since launching the new site in February 2022.

Due to these successful results, Walk This Way Podiatry’s founder has commissioned us to create the brand identity and all marketing collateral for a new luxury brand of foot skincare she’s launching in May 2022.

Isabel certainly has a gift with words! She has transformed our brand and beautifully illustrated the essence of it from our client’s perspective (which is what I wanted). Service has been quick, professional, followed brief, and end results are more than I imagined.
